GBA is a dynamic, agile and vertically integrated Australian company that was established in 2000 to maximise the presence of its award winning wholly owned brands in the Global Wellness Marketplace (USD4.5 trillion p.a.*) thereby ensuring maximum shareholder value and returns.

gbA’s existing global marketplace (wholesale, retail and on-line) includes Canada, USA, UK, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and China. gbA develops its brands both internally through its R & D team and by utilising a roll up strategy for external complimentary brands. gbA intends to list on the ASX in 2020 to both realise value for its shareholders and to continue to increase its global operations.

The company has successfully acquired a leading Australian meal replacement brand – Celebrity Slim and managed to launch it on Tmall and secure purchase orders from Coles, Woolworths and Priceline after the acquisition. In addition, the Directors have career long experience in health products distribution and global management in the health and beauty industry.

Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, gbA sells its products across the globe including China and America as well as locally. The Company currently sells its products via Coles, Woolworths, Priceline, Tmall, JD.com, MGM Grand and is working on the distribution agreement with another major Australian distributor.

Our Chairman, The Honorable Andrew Robb AO, former Australian Federal Minister for Trade and Investment, has negotiated and signed the Free Trade Agreement with China during his tenure. He has gained deep understanding of the Chinese market and built extensive relationships with the Chinese business community via this process.
